Why should I hire you as my wedding planner?

For most couples, planning a wedding for the first time can be very stressful. You can easily get confused where to begin, how much everything costs, and how to choose the right venue and vendors, because wedding planning is not only about choosing your color board, flower decorations and venue. There are often a number of logistical matters to attend to, such as the timing and knowing which vendors are to be trusted. We are here to guide you and to take care of all of these concerns. We are able to help you save time and limit some of your many concerns as well as to give you the overall peace of mind so you can actually enjoy your wedding day!

How early should couples hire a wedding coordinator and start to plan their wedding?

We recommend 8-12 months in advance where possible is a good time to start planning. Other events can certainly take a shorter planning time. Your cost wouldn’t increase if you started earlier. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long. I do recommend hiring your wedding coordinator right away, even for “month/day of” package. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the coordinator is available for your wedding date.

Can we hire you as soon as we get engaged or should we wait?

As soon as you get engaged is recommended. Dates are booked well in advance and the sooner we begin planning, the better!

What type of packages do you offer?

We offer 3 packages depending on what type of service the bride is looking for and how much assistance is needed. We offer ‘month of/day of’ package, Partial and Full packages. We can also customize packages to meet specific needs.

What is the difference in a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?

A venue coordinator oversees the onsite staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event &/or they have other events they are overseeing on property during the same time. A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality.

Will you be at my actual wedding day?

Absolutely. The wedding Coordinator you’ve contracted with will personally be at your event.

On your wedding day, your Coordinator will also have a few Assistants to help.

What separates you from other event planners?

My friendly personality and experience. We will be there to make your dream becomes a reality and help you figure out what your options are. I am able to take care of all the details in an organized & business-like manner, while maintaining my poise, style & grace. We will give you one on one service and will be there to ensure a successful event.

How much does it typically cost to hire a wedding planner?

Clients who hire a wedding planner typically pay in installments: 50% up front to book the date, one payment midway through the process, and then the final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

What are some advantages to working with a wedding planner?

A planner can save you time, energy, stress—and even money. The fee that a planner charges can be expensive, but the advice that you get can help you save.

We love what we have seen so far but weddings can be expensive. Can you work with our budget?

We can work with most any budget. We like to create custom proposals so you get exactly what you want. However, we offer a complete list of comprehensive packages to serve as a basis and take the guessing out of your planning. We can revise these packages to your specifications adding and removing items until your desires are met.

Will you eat and drink during the reception and how comfortable will you make yourself?

The Event day can be a turn into 10-14-hour day, vendor meals during your reception are much appreciated. However, we are there to do a job and take it very seriously. With that being said, we will absolutely not drink any alcohol or join your guests on the dance floor.
